The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has taken over social media. Members of every NHL team, from prospects to ownership and everywhere in between, have accepted challenges to dump buckets filled with ice water over their heads to raise awareness for ALS. The challenge is not only fun and hilarious, but has succeeded in raising a ridiculous amount of money for the ALS Association. The challenge started in honor of Pete Frates, and has been performed by the likes of Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon and even Bill Gates.

In the hockey world, PK Subban stepped up his game after being challenged by several people, including his brother Jordan Subban, his GM Mark Bergevin, and a few others. Here is a link to an imgur gallery with GIFs of the entire thing. He performed it on CTV in Toronto, bringing in a giant red dump truck, filling it with ice, and sitting on a bucket while it dumped the ice on him.

He also challenged Drake and Phil Kessel as he stood in front of a crowd of Maple Leafs fans in his Montreal Canadiens jersey.
