Marian Gaborik, who scored the game-tying goal in the third period to send the game to overtime, won his first career Stanley Cup with the Los Angeles Kings on Friday night. Here he is skating the Cup and drinking from it in the locker room:

Gaborik was drafted third overall in 2000 by the Minnesota Wild. He was acquired by the Kings at the trade deadline this season from the Columbus Blue Jackets. He finished top in scoring for the Kings, up with the likes of Wayne Gretzky among goals in a playoff season in franchise history.
